Our Story
Born from a simple conviction
Vencyl was born from a realisation: in 2026, buying, selling or renting property across two countries is still surprisingly complicated. French-speaking buyers dreaming of a riad in Marrakech, Moroccan investors eyeing an apartment in Paris, expats searching for a second home on the French Riviera — all faced the same hurdles: distance, language barriers, lack of transparency, and outdated processes.
We decided to build the opposite: an agency designed for the digital age from day one. No dusty storefront, no paper files getting lost — a clear platform, responsive advisors, and bilingual support from end to end, from the very first message to the handover of the keys.
Today, Vencyl operates from Morocco and covers two major markets — Morocco and France. But this is only the beginning.
